Sir Harry Lauder Road – Road surfacing

This job originally started as a signage contract where we were required to supply and install updated traffic signs on Sir Harry Lauder Road. However, it became apparent that a section of the main carriageway required some resurfacing work. We resurfaced the road with a special anti-skid coating. Anti-skid surfacing can significantly improve the safety of areas for pedestrians and workers, as well as motorists on the road.

This work involved multi-lane closures and we had to do the work overnight, to minimise the disruption to drivers. We got the job done with minimal disruption and well within the agreed deadline.
